We are inclusive, ecumenical, Catholic Friars. We live our lives in prayer, work, and fraternity. We preach the Gospel in our everyday lives with our actions and choices we make. As St. Francis said,  go forth always preaching the Gospel, only using words when we have to. We live our lives in service, to one another, to the Church, and to all people of good will. We minister in parishes, hospitals, prisons, nursing homes, and wherever else the Holy Spirit calls us to be!

We live the vows of fidelity, purity and simplicity.  We have a simple Rule of Life that serves to guide our vowed life in this modern world.   The core of our Rule of Life is rooted in the Gospel of Jesus Christ: a Gospel of love and compassion.

Franciscan Spirituality

The core of our spiritual lives is compassion. It is something that naturally extends beyond ourselves. All of our actions and choices are rooted in love and compassion for all persons and creatures. Simply, it is a daily choice to seek interaction with our God. To see God in nature, in people, creatures, and in every aspect of our lives. To arise in the morning and ask oneself, "Where can I experience God today?"
